CONSULTANT FOR ENDLINE EVALUATION

We are on the lookout for a consultant to spearhead the endline evaluation of the POWER project, assessing its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and value for money, and generating actionable lessons and recommendations to scale, strengthen, and institutionalise the POWER model.

FEASIBILITY STUDY CONSULTANT

Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung (DSW) in partnership with Action 4 Health Uganda (A4HU), is seeking an experienced consultant to conduct a feasibility study for the project “Reduction of Teenage Pregnancy and HIV among Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) in Oyam District.”

The assignment involves assessing the project concept using OECD DAC criteria, analyzing the local context, engaging stakeholders, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen the intervention design. The study will combine qualitative and quantitative methods, applying participatory and gender-sensitive approaches.

Applicants must demonstrate proven experience in feasibility and evaluation studies, strong knowledge of SRHR and youth programming in Uganda, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English and Lango is an advantage.
